This is my own project. One of the problems with the Flashforge Adventurer 5M Pro jet printer is that the PTFE tube rubs its surface against the top cover during printing. As a result, the acrylic cover becomes severely scratched over time. You can try to cut the PTFE tube, but this may cause greater friction of the filament and problems with the extruder (clogging). A better solution is to raise the cover to isolate it from the movements of the extruder.

The following project can be easily printed in the FF5MPRO printer, assembly is very simple and has an additional useful function.

Printing:
1. The frame can be printed from any material, including PLA, depending on your preferences.
2. It is worth using supports, classic supports will work best, although you can use the tree type.
3. Filling is enough, min. 8%, but more can be achieved, although the frame itself is not subject to any overload.

Installation:
1. Assemble the frame using 4 clips that are included in the design (push in), if the clips are difficult to insert, you can use a file or sandpaper. This may be due to a difference in printing method or material.
3. Install the flap supports in the front recesses of the frame.
4. Remove the cover from the printer housing and insert it into the opening in the printout.
5. Additionally, you can use microrubber to clean and soundproof the cover (visible in the photos).
6. The frame is adapted to the design of the slides available in my projects. It's worth seeing because it solves another printer problem!
