Dewalt DWE7485-QS Zero Clearance 90 and 45 degrees

This is an exact copy of the zero cut insert for the Dewalt DWE7485-QS saw. Dimensions 332 x 96 x 11.76 mm.
After printing, let the part cool for about 6 hours - it fits right into the window. It is perfect and fits high into the window.

Place the model in Cura and rotate the model 45 degrees around the Z-axis and align, as I showed in picture number 4. It fits well on the 300 x 300 table of the Artillery Sidewinder X1 printer.

I added a model to rotate the saw blade 45 degrees.

The 90 degree model is slightly modified, I brought the edge closer to the saw blade.
Lower the blade, insert the insert and fasten it, check the lift of the blade without turning on the saw, it should lightly touch the insert with the cutting edge.
Lower the blade and turn on the saw, then raise the blade and it will cut through this section of about 1 mm. There will be a perfect fit to the workpieces.

I printed it without supports, but if in doubt about the cooling of the nozzle, then turn on the supports.
