Creality Ender Sprite Extruder Pro - Silicone Sock Mold

This is a mold design to create yourself silicone socks for the Creality Sprite Extruder Pro (normal version of the Sprite Extruder should work aswell - let me know).

Background story:
I upgraded my Ender3V2 to the Sprite Extruder Pro (300°C).
The kit came already with a silicone sock but i wanted a different color of mine. Since i made already molds for other printers like the stock Ender3V2 and Prusa Mini, i took apart the Sprite extruder and took all the measurements and designed the mold in CAD. The model files are already kind of prepared with tolerances for 'just print and use'.

Silicone:
TFC Silikon Kautschuk Typ 3 HB Zinnguss (Comp. A + B)

This 2K-silicone is from germany and usually used for tin-casting. The short time temperature it can be used is 450°C. This is perfect for the Sprite Extruder Pro since it can print with 300°C. Here you should see a big difference when using a cheaper and lower temperature silicone.

Tip: Make sure you get all the air bubbles out of the silicone while casting (vacuum chamber or something..)

Color:
You can use color pigments for the silicone to get another color you like. Take a note on the exact amount you need. Too much is not good.

3D-Models:

3D-Printing: You have to print 3 files:
csp_form_boden
csp_form_oben
csp_heatblock_insert

Take your time and print in fine detail (layer height of 0.12 or 0.16) with a 0.4 nozzle. I've used PETG to be more durable and i can make more then one silicone sock.

If you have a resin printer, you might go that way since the result of the mold should look more cleaner then (less 'wall marks').

Take a look at the pictures. The part 'csp_heatblock_insert' is the only one needing support structures.
