3D model description

This is my 3D printable, fully adjustable fletching jig capable of fletching 3-fletch and 4-fletch arrows in full-size and compact sizes.

This is the flat version. Please read the information and instructions on my website before purchasing

Choose between 6" full-size version or a compact 4" version all from the same download. The full-size version requires a bed size of at least 220x220mm. The compact version requires a bed size of at least 200x200mm, but may just about print on a 180x180mm bed with some careful placement.

Features included in this release
Up to 6″ fletchings from the full-size version or up to 4" fletchings from the compact version.
Flat frame with a sturdy base that won’t tip over with an arrow fitted.
Double-hook adjustable arrow rest locks arrow into centre alignment.
Fitted multipurpose adaptor for 3-fletch (120)º and 4-fletch (105º/75º) without dismantling.
Strong screw threads that can easily be replaced if damaged.
Magnetic offset adjuster using 2x exposed round magnets.
Clamp design with strong, sturdy hinge and printable scale.
Optional parts provided including:
- A compact frame (requires compact 4" clamp)
- An alternative multipurpose adaptor for 6-fletch (60º) and 4-fletch (90º).
- A single-hook adjustable arrow rest.
- Medium and long nuts for easier access and better grip.
- Magnetic offset adjuster options with 1x or 3x round magnets, or a slotted option for a bar magnet.
- An alternative clamp shape (6" only).
- A compact 4" clamp.
- Compact versions of the adaptor knob.

Upgrade available
How would you like more spin in your arrow flight with helical fletchings? An optional upgrade provides stronger self-aligning clamps and a guided offset adjuster that doesn’t need magnets. Clamps available are 6″ straight, left-wing helical and right-wing helical.

Alternative design available
If you don’t like the flat design, then all the same features are available in the original angled version and the alternative vertical version. All are compatible with the upgrades too.
