3D model description

3.0" 3d printed pipe/tube bends in modular form used to create a template for fabricating dump pipes, intercooler pipes, exhaust pipes and more for the serious car enthusiast /fabricator
these are built heavy duty to with 5mm wall thickness and top and bottom to last in a workshop environment
there are a range of angled cuts available 11.25, 22.5, 45 , 90 as well as straight sections 20mm, 25mm, 30 mm, 40mm,50mm, 75mm, 100mm all included in this buy
this 3.0" Centre line radius suits most common "exhaust" dohnuts that are on the market

this kit is 3.0" OD and 3.0" CLR

note: I am adding different pieces as i draw them up and test them so collection will progressively get bigger as i go on.

3D printing settings

SIZE :1:1
PRINT ORIENTATION : BIG HOLE DOWN(as per photos
MATERIAL : PLA (or whatever you want)
SUPPORT: YES (i use towers with interfaces on roof and touching buildplate only look at photos for a rough idea, different amount of support overhang angle required depending on which pieces)
BUILD PLATE ADHESION : BRIM ONLY
INFILL: 20 % DENISTY
INFILL PATTERN GRID (can experiment with others)
PRINT TIME : 8-10 HOURS PER PIECE (thats just my experience printing at 40mm/s on ender 3 pro, can be played with to better)
