Clipper Lighter Keychain Sleeve (Slim & Large)

Transform your standard Clipper lighter into a fully customized, 3D printable keychain! This comprehensive design package is compatible with both Slim and Large (Classic/Thick) Clipper lighter models.

This is not just a single model; it is a complete versatile system. By reverse-engineering the exact geometry of Clipper lighters, I have created a precise negative mold template. You can use these files in 3 many different ways:

Direct Protection Case: Use it as a standalone sleek protective sleeve for your lighter.

Spiral Vase Mode Sleeve: Print ultra-fast, smooth, and lightweight single-wall cases.

Custom Character Integration: Embed the negative mold into any of your favorite 3D models (like the included Pikachu or Minecraft Creeper examples) to create unique character-themed lighter keychains!

What's Included in the Pack:

Slim Clipper Templates: Master mold, Hollow Case, and Spiral Vase Mode versions.

Large Clipper Templates: Master mold, Hollow Case, and Spiral Vase Mode versions.

Ready-to-Print Examples: Fully pre-integrated Minecraft Creeper and Pikachu themed Clipper lighter keychains (tested and optimized).

All models have been meticulously tested and sliced to ensure a perfect, snug friction-fit that holds the lighter securely without slipping out.

Recommended Slicer Settings:

Printer: Bambu Lab P1S (or any standard FDM printer)

Material: PLA, PETG, or TPU (TPU offers a great rubbery grip, but standard PLA provides a perfect clicky friction fit).

Infill: 15% - 20% (Gyroid recommended for character models like Pikachu/Creeper).

Wall Loops: 2 or 3 walls for standard cases to ensure durability.

Supports: No supports needed for the standard sleeves or the Minecraft Creeper. For the Pikachu model, minimal tree supports are recommended under the chin and arms.

Special Instructions for Vase Mode:

For the specific "Vase Mode" files, enable "Spiralize Outer Contour" (Cura) or "Spiral Vase" (Bambu Studio/PrusaSlicer).

Set your Line Width / Extrusion Width to 0.6mm (even with a 0.4mm nozzle) to make the single-wall sleeve rigid, durable, and tight enough to hold the lighter firmly.
