This 3-combination secret box has the following dimensions: x= 120, y= 80 z= 62.60 mm

It consists of 6 files to be printed once:

  • Box.stl

  • Door frame.stl

  • 2 wedges.stl

  • Door.stl

  • Handle.stl

  • Markers.stl

and 1 file to be printed 3 times :

  • Wheel All.stl

ASSEMBLY :

  • the door is hinged to the door frame using a piece of filament from your printer cut to the right length. It must be able to open and close without snagging (if necessary, use sandpaper fixed with 2 tacks on a board to plane the edges).

  • glue the 2 wedges to the front underside of the door frame, so that the door doesn't fall into the box.

  • the 3 disc-locks fit into the 3 holes below the door.

  • on the top of the door, the 3 knurls fit, for the moment without gluing.

  • on the door top, the marker bar fits between the 3 knurls, see photo.

  • on the door top, the handle is glued in the 2 holes in front of the door.

COMBINATION ADJUSTMENT :

  • place a locking disk in the position that allows the door to open (see photo).

  • on the door top, slide a thumbwheel washer onto the axle, place a drop of strong glue at the top of the axle and thread the thumbwheel, positioning the chosen number in front of the mark.

FINAL ASSEMBLY:
