Wall - Lamp with LED Ligths, for fans of Borussia Mönchengladbach

English:

2 Versions avaiable:

1.) extruded Version (non auto Filament change)

the Logo is extruded to get things hold with screws, 4 pieces to print for the Inlay

2.) flat Version (automatic Filament change like Bambulab with AMS)

the logo is flat, printed upside down with longer holders for the screws

general:

2 pieces M3x10 screws
1 piece LED Stripe (12 or 24 V, 8 or 10mm width, ca. 72cm long)
1 LED Transformer (12 or 24V depends on the LED Stripe)
1 Cord switch (optional)
2 Screws for wall mounting (distance between the screws 90mm)

ATTENTION: the word "Borussia" isn't included in this files because of laws and rigths! If you want them implemented in your print you can do it easily with Bambustudio / Orca Slicer or create a extruded piece in your CAD program.
The original font is named Bungee and a free to download and use Google font.

1.) extrudierte Version (3D Drucker ohne automatischen Filamentwechsel)

das Logo ist erhaben um den Halt der Schrauben zu gewährleisten, 1 Filamentwechsel ist nötig, 4 Teile sind für das Inlay zu drucken

2.) flache Version (3D Drucker mit automatischen Filamentwechsel, z.B. Bambulab mit AMS)

das Logo ist flach und wird mit der sichtbaren Seite nach unten gedruckt, die Schraubenhalter sind erhöht

generell wird benötigt:

2 Stck. Schrauben M3x10mm
1 Stck. LED Streifen (12 oder 24V , 8-10mm breit, ca. 72cm lang)
1 Stck. LED Trafo (12 oder 24 V, je nach LED Streifen)
1 Stck. Schnurschalter (optional)
2 Stck. Schrauben für Wandbefestigung (Abstand 90mm zueinander)

ACHTUNG: Das Wort "Borussia" ist aufgrund von Markenrechten nicht bei den Dateien inkludiert. Wenn Ihr es auf eurem Druck haben möchtet könnt ihr hierfür einfach Bambu Studio / Orca Slicer nutzen oder es euch in eurem CAD Programm selbst erstellen und zusammenfügen.
Die Originalschrift nennt sich Bungee und ist als freie Google font zum herunterladen / nutzen.

extruded Version:

0,12 or 0,16 Layerheight, Supports only in the screwholes of "Gehaeuse extruded" ,

get bottom and top settings round about 1mm thickness , so you do not have Infill at the parts of "Inlay" (looks bad when ligthed)

1 Filament change ("Inlay weiss+schwarz") at heigth 1mm or little above -> ground of the stars must be white for backligthning

1 Filament change ("Inlay gruen+Stadion" at heigth 2mm or little above -> base will be green, stadium will be black

print stars seperatly an glue them to the inlay (fits well when printer is adjusted)

get 3 points of glue at "Inlay gruen+Stadion" and compare it with "Inlay weiss+schwarz" -> look at the screw hole

flat Version: (Bambu + AMS)

0,12 or 0,16 Layerheight, Supports only in the screwholes of "Gehaeuse flat" ;

for the Inlay please select and load all files with the name "Inlay" together at the same time in BambuStudio or Orcaslicer, and when asked if you want to load them together press "Yes". After this you can color the parts in the object tab

if you want to speed up your print (and have a better backligthed look) use the paint tool (after you set the colours for each piece) and paint the 2 pillars (above 1mm) in white -> just 1 filament change above 1mm instead of hundreds
