Anna Frozen cookie cutter

This cookie or playdough cutter is 90mm at its longest edge. It has a 10mm blade with a width of 0.8mm for neat cutting of dough. It has a strong base of 2mm x 3 mm and reinforcement bars where appropriate. The imprint depth is 3mm deep from the cutting edge as most bakers roll out their dough 4mm thick.

Scaling is not advisable as it will alter the blade width.

Reminder to never wash in dishwasher. Hand wash in lukewarm water, unless your choice of printing material is ABS.

My print settings are as follows:
• 0.2 Layer height
• 1.2mm wall width with 4 top and bottom layers
• 12% “lines” infill
• 40mm p/s
• 20mm p/s wall speed
• 1st layer speed can be done slower to insure proper adhesion
• I always use a skirt to ensure that I am starting my print at the correct height. Keep in mind that PETG is a little trickier and should be printed further from the bed than PLA. I usually baby-step while printing the skirt 0.2 higher than PLA.

I find it best to print with PETG although there is much controversy over whether PETG is really food safe. Nonetheless I have always printed in PETG because it has a little more flex - therefor less breakable and it is able to tolerate more heat.
