Zenitco handguard leader kit for AK

Реплика цевья от фирмы Зенитка "Лидер" смоделирована для страйкбольных приводов фирмы Cyma. Спроектирована максимально близко к оригиналу с поправкой на прочность пластика при печати. В особо нагруженных местах произведено утолщение для практического использования.

Совместим со следующими моделями приводов: АКМС, АКМ, АК-74М, АК-74, АК-103. При доработке комплекта возможна установка на привода других страйкбольных фирм.

Для сборки комплекта Лидер потребуется:
Болт М5 с потайной головкой 10 мм. - 14 шт.
Болт М4 с потайной головкой 8-10 мм. - 2 шт.

Модель имеет достаточные допуски при сборке, но на разных настройках 3д принтера возможно придется дорабатывать прилегание деталей. При первом вкручивании болтов рекомендуется предварительно нагреть болт зажигалкой, чтобы отверстие приняло форму резьбы. Дать остыть болту, и после производить окончательную сборку.

Для обеспечения прочности детали рекомендую использовать количество стенок при печати не менее 6, при минимальной плотности заполнения 40% и более. Используйте жесткий и прочный филамент: PET-G, ABS, PLA+ и т.д. Поддержки использовать по необходимости.

Пожалуйста, не распространяйте STL-файлы. Модель предназначена только для личного использования.

To assemble the Leader kit, you will need:
Bolt M5 with countersunk head 10 mm. - 14 pcs.
M4 bolt with countersunk head 8-10 mm. - 2 pcs.

The model has sufficient tolerances during assembly, but at different settings of the 3d printer it may be necessary to refine the fit of the parts. When screwing in the bolts for the first time, it is recommended to preheat the bolt with a lighter so that the hole takes the shape of a thread. Allow the bolt to cool down, and then make the final assembly.

To ensure the strength of the part, I recommend using the number of walls when printing at least 6, with a minimum filling density of 40% or more. Use a tough and durable filament: PET-G, ABS, PLA+. Supports can be used as needed.
