Studio Series 32/44 Optimus Prime Upgrade Kit

I was never a fan of the SS 32/44 mold. Too many faux parts, unruly truck kibble, and a mediocre truck mode. But other customizers utilized the potential of the sculpting and articulation and made some cool action master-esque figures. I wanted to see if I could take it a step further with some upgrade parts.

This kit includes the following parts:
Shoulder pads
Backpack
Matrix
Arm Gaurds
Bottom forearm fillers
Collar Fillers
Thigh Wheels
Outer Leg addons (one piece, or leg armor and wheels separate included)

This custom also requires a lot of meat to be taken off, and some parts added and glued back on from the original backpack, especially around the torso. Mainly, shave off collar area and remove the wheels on the thigh.

The model I used in the photos has a few parts resized, for personal preference. The thigh wheels are down 80%, arm guards up 110%, leg wheel up 130% etc. For some of these parts like the back and collar, adhering to the file size may be better, but for things that just get glued on like the arm guards, feel free to play around with the size, see what works for you.

Edit: for the wheels on his angles, I found best results at x and y being blown up to 130% while z was moved to 102%, or around 7,5mm

I printed all my parts on an Ender 3v2, using standard settings and supports in Cura Slicer. With most 3d prints, best results will come after sanding and filling. Most of the parts that are specific to one side are for the left and can be mirrored in your slicer to print the right side

The current size of the wheels and arm guards are setup to be proportional to reference photos, however, the figure linked above has the arms upscaled to 110-120% and the wheels down to 80%.
