Can you submit the print settings you’re using for that TPU? Used the 20mm/s, No retraction @240 head/50bed with that in the past. But printing the tires would result in really long print jobs do you printing that faster?

Printed on anycubic Chiron with Haldis direct drive dual gear extruder-
30mm/s, 1.5mm retraction, 25mm/s retraction speed, 215 head, 35 bed.
A total of 16 hours for one rear tire, which is quite a decent time.

No, this option is not available at the moment, but I will add it to the list of improvements for the future.
