3D model description

The Grim FT-17 Light Tank includes rotating turret with pre-made holes for weapon magnetization as well as a compartment in the hull to hold extra weapons. It is the perfect size to represent a light tank or scout vehicle for heroic 28mm wargaming.

This kit uses the Grim Vehicle Weapon Kit for the main hull weapons. Be sure to download the Grim Vehicle Weapon Kit for this tank. Tracks and side panels are mirrored. Minimal supports are required. If printing in PLA, be sure to slice the tracks and hull in half as shown in the image of the print plate.

DIMENSIONS:

Front to back is 90mm not including ramp.

Width is 47mm.

Height including turret is 53mm, not including turret 39mm.

3D printing settings

PLA print settings for all my designs: I print with a Prusa Mk3i. 0.4mm nozzle, 5% infill, 3 layer wall thickness, 4 layers bottom, 5 layers top. 100% speed. I use variable layer height between .2mm and .08mm. There's a feature in Prusaslicer that auto-generates the ideal layer thickness between your highest and lowest settings, it is amazing.
