Grandboard 132 LED ring lighting 52cm

This LED ring is designed for the GRANDBOARD 132.

It illuminates the whole board perfectly and improves the playing experience considerably!

The construction is very stable and can also be printed on small print beds as the ring is divided into 6 pieces!

Also suitable for wall mounting!

The surface for gluing in the LED strip is at an angle of 45 degrees to the board so that the surface is optimally illuminated.

This is suitable for LED strips with 8-9mm. The LED strip should be 2m long, about 10cm must then be shortened.

The ring mounts are attached to the back of the board with the existing screws, no jamming or slipping of the ring possible when arrows are hit!

A bracket provides a cable duct for the LED cable, so that it is neatly routed and no cable biders or similar are required.

And a clear visual upgrade!

The ring pieces are designed with a tongue and groove and can therefore be easily inserted into each other.

The ring has a diameter of 52cm and leaves the entire board surface unaffected.

The holders are 2cm wide, so that the assembled rings with the seam are completely invisible in the middle of the holder and additionally stabilize the ring!

Assembly instructions:

The ring can only be assembled "dry", i.e. without the board.

Insert two ring pieces into a holder so that they can be guided together in the middle. Before pressing the rings together, simply apply a drop of super glue to the connection and press together in the holder from the outside.

Continue in this way with all the pieces until the ring is closed.

Please glue in the LED cable so that the power cable can be laid exactly in the cable duct of the bracket!

The cable shaft cover must be shortened slightly with a side cutter, as the connections directly on the LED strip are too thick to fit into the shaft!

This works very well.

Next, loosen the screws on the back of the board and insert the ring with the brackets onto the board.

The ring can be bent slightly so that it is easy to place the brackets exactly on the screw hole.

Replace the screws and the ring is ready. Finally, fit the cable duct cover and glue it if necessary.
