3D model description

We needed robust Curbs for the 90 degree and 180 degree turns on our 1:28 Indoor Track (Mini-Z, GL-Racing ...), so i came up with this design.
The Track boundaries are made of 44x24mm wood pieces (standard dimension at Hornbach, Obi : https://www.hornbach.at/p/kantholz-fichte-gehobelt-3000-x-44-x-24-mm/4005043/ ) and the curbs slide right over the wood pieces.
The Curbs themselves consist of a rigid bottom part, which can be driven on. The top part should be printed from TPU, and is designed to absorb the RC-cars energy in case of an impact.
All the parts have countersunk holes and can be screwed down with 4mm woodscrews.

3D printing settings

The Bottom part should be printed with support enabled in the area where the printed part meets the wood, standard orientation, i suggest PETG.
The top part should be printed upside down and requires no support, we used standard Bambu-TPU (not the AMS TPU, its too stiff).
