To celebrate our 6th automotive release, Custom League 3D is proud to offer you our first FREE model: the Citron Marrée.

This model is a 3D-printable tribute to the most iconic French beach car ever made. Originally built in real life using ABS plastic, it is the perfect candidate for your 3D printer and a must-have for your Playmobil world!

The project:
The Citron Marrée has been designed from scratch to be 100% compatible with standard 7.5cm figures. It captures the minimalist, rugged, and "corrugated" look of the original 1968 classic. Whether you are heading to the plastic seaside or going on a safari, this car is ready for adventure.

Key Features:

Playmobil Scale: Perfectly sized for your favorite figures (driver and passenger).

High Detail: Includes the iconic front grille, side "ribbed" panels, and a removable stylish roof.

Easy to Print: Designed for FDM and Resin printing with optimized parts for minimal supports.

Custom League Style: It follows the same design language as our other 5 vehicles.

🔄 Steering Wheel & Interior Redesign: The steering wheel has been updated to fit standard Playmobil® hands perfectly!

3D printing settings

FDM Printing:

Recommended resolution: 0.1 mm layer height.

Use the wheel rim version with the [FDM] suffix (reinforced thickness for easy, sturdy prints).

SLA Printing (Resin):

Use the wheel rim version with the [SLA] suffix (high-detail profile).

Tilt wheel rims at 30°, tires at 60°, and the main body at 30°–45° (placing supports on the rear/non-visible side).

Axles & Wheel Assembly:

Wheel assembly requires a 3 mm diameter steel rod/axle.

We removed all tolerances between rim and axle for a tight fit. (If needed during assembly, slightly ream the axle hole on the rim).

Axle STL File (Jig): The included axle STL is strictly a cutting jig/template to cut your steel rod to the exact length.
