Hi friend, I bought the FCU alone and realized after purchasing it that this FCU is missing the rings that go around the rotors that light up. Is there any possibility of changing it for someone who has them?

Hello, how to paint the TPLA version and avoid painting the parts that will be lit, do you have a suggestion?

Hi, my suggestion is to first, apply a primer or sealer. Then, paint the surface with your chosen color (RAL 5014 for Airbus panel color). Finally, lightly sand only the letters, using sandpaper attached to a small board for a smooth and even finish.

hey i cant figure out what pcb i need for the fcu and efis i have ordered the efis but my freind said i needed the ecam for the fcu and efis. is that true?

Hi, my panels do not need a PCB and can work on their own so there is no necessary connection between the FCU and the ECAM.

So i bought your files and theyr amazing! just a quick question: how do you solve the problem of the rotary encoders, cause they need to be glued to not spin with the knob and also have to get moved up and down to log in the number?

Thank you for your purchase and the compliment. I really appreciate it. :)
The included instructions for the Rotary Push/Pull BARO knob also detail the encoder assembly process. The encoder itself doesn't require gluing; simply assemble it and secure it using its own nut.
As for the functionality, the encoder's built-in push switch handles the "PUSH" action. The separate 3-pin Mini Push Button is for the "PULL" action.

I bought the design. Everything looks great so far. One question about the electronics. What kind of rotary encoders, microswitches and Rotary band switches did you use. On German Amazon there’s tons of encoders which all look very similar, but have different sizes, diameters etc. Fould you provide a link?

I bought the Set with the Efis - all looks very good. Is it possible, use a LED indicator Light in the 6mm Tactile Switches for AP1, AP2 etc. Which Parts / tactile Switches do i need to "light" the active Function. I does not found anything in the manual. Greetings from Germany from Juergen

Hi Juergen. Please print the STL files located in the TPLA folder and use them for ilumination of the panel.
You can use any 3mm LED light and even SMD LED light for the buttons. In the "Button_Base" panel there are special holes for the installation of the LED lights.

You can assemble this FCU with 7 segment LED, KAV Simulations LCD display or with 1.3" OLED displays.
