1:200 Douglas A-4 Skyhawk

The Scooter, as crews were used to call it, was a little naval attacker that could carry an atomic bomb.
Used in Vietnam by US Navy and USMC as main attack aircraft in early years of war till the introduction of the more capable A-7.

New models optimized for 0.2mm extruders with better resolution and details.
Old models at lower resolution can be found in the old.zip file.

Models: A-4B, A-4Q, A-4C , A-4E , A-4F and A-4M all in 3 configurations:

_N0 clean
_N1 with 3/5 empty pylons
_N2 with 1/3 empty pylons and 2xfuel tanks

Loads : 450 gal fuel tanks (wing and centerline variants) , MK-84 low drag bombs, MK-83 low drag and with high drag tail device for low level attack, anti-radiation missile AGM-45 Shrike and radio guided missile AGM-12 Bullpup.

About the empty pylons use: print fuel tanks and/or missiles and glue them to the model or merge all the stl in your slicer and print your custom configuration or use a 3d editor that can read .stl files in order to build your own variant.
Loads and weapon stations (hardpoints) have tiny protrusions to make easier the positioning of ordnance.
Two type of refueling probes are provided as separate stl to be printed and then glued so, if they break, it's easy to reprint and replace.

Models scale 1:200 made to be printed with a FDM with 0.2 nozzle at this scale.

For other scales use the following values into your slicer:
for 1:100 use 200%
for 1:144 use 139%
for 1:200 leave 100%
for 1:285 use 70%
for 1:300 use 66%

At 1:100 it can be used a FDM printer with a 0.4mm nozzle.
Under 1:200 is almost mandatory a resin printer.

Print test 1:200 mades as shown in the image from Cura with a FDM with 0.2mm nozzle and 0.12 mm layers.
