About the clean version with separated ordnance: print fuel tanks, bombs and missiles and glue them to the model or merge all the stl in your slicer and print your custom configuration.
Loads and weapon stations (hardpoints) have two tiny protrusion to make easy the positioning of ordnance.
The refueling probe is provided as separate stl to be printed and then glued so, if it breaks, its easy to reprint it and replace.
Models scale 1:200 made to be printed with a FDM with 0.4 nozzle at this scale.
For other scales use the following values into your slicer:
for 1:100 use 200%
for 1:144 use 139%
for 1:200 leave 100%
for 1:285 use 70%
for 1:300 use 66%
Under 1:200 is almost mandatory a resin printer or at least a very well tuned FDM with 0.2 mm nozzle.
Print test 1:200 mades as shown in the images from Cura with a FDM with 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2 mm layers.
