You've added the weight of the TPU, could you also add the weight of the rest of the plastic, at the recommended print settings please? Trying to work out how much it would cost to print this.

What are the dimensions of the biggest part to print? I want to check if it can be done with the 3D printer I have available? It is a quite small one I have access to.
