Building up batteries is no game - even voltages far below 60V can lead to body flow currents up to and above 10 mA and therefore be deadly to human bodies! Never build up batteries without touch protection measures!

Here is a touch protection cap for use with prismatic battery cells. They are mandatory in order to ensure security on this cells. These caps print without support and have touch-protected (no contact to standard-test-finger according to IEC 60335:2023,... possible) outlets for the voltage measurement lines. They are easily fixed to the busbars via cable straps around them.

Following variants are included:
-.) 58 +/- 4 mm distance between poles - f.e. LiFePo 230Ah Cells L173F230B ( 53.7 mm width + Insulation sheet between cells)
-.) 76 +/- 4mm distance between poles - f.e. LiFePo 280Ah / 314Ah Cells EVE LF280K or MB 31 ( 72 mm width + Insulation sheet between cells)

-.) Endcaps for double 35 mm2 wires. Designed for an connection plate 50x50 mm.

Prints well with standard settings, no supports needed
