3D printing settings

Print Settings (FDM Recommended)

  • Material: PLA or ABS
  • Layer Height: 0.15–0.2mm
  • Infill: 20–30%
  • Supports: Not required
  • Print Speed: 40–50mm/s recommended for clean details

Required Hardware (per unit)

  • 1x Bearing: 3x7x3mm (MR73ZZ or equivalent)
  • 1x Bolt: M3 Γ— 8mm
  • 1x Keyboard switch (MX-compatible, any actuation weight)
  • 1x Keyring

Assembly

  1. Press the bearing into the center hub of the wheel.
  2. Insert the keyboard switch into the designated slot on the body.
  3. Fasten the wheel to the body using the M3 Γ— 8mm bolt.
  4. Attach your keyring through the keyring loop.

Notes

  • Decorative/fidget use only β€” not suitable for food contact or children under 3.
  • Tolerances are tuned for standard FDM printing; you may need light sanding for a snug bearing fit.
