A highly detailed 3D model designed specifically for FDM printing. This model is completely split into distinct functional parts, optimized for single-extruder color separation and easy assembly.

🛠️ Technical Specifications & Features:
Modular Color Separation: Engineered for single-color printers (No AMS/MMU required). Components—including blade segments, tsuba, handle, pommel, and scabbard accents—are isolated into individual STL files to allow separate color printing.

Alignment & Joinery: Integrated internal joints/keys ensure precise axial alignment and structural stability during glue-up.

Print Optimization: Parts are oriented to minimize necessary support structures and maximize layer adhesion strength along key stress points.

High-Resolution Meshes: Clean geometry and high poly-count maintain sharp edges and precise tolerances on decorative surface details.

Layer Height: 0.16mm – 0.20mm for optimal detail resolution.

Infill: 15% - 20% (Gyroid or Grid recommended); increase infill density around connecting pins/joints for extra durability.

Supports: Minimal supports required depending on orientation; check individual component bed placement.

Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS/ASA.

💡 Assembly Note: A standard CA (super glue) or two-part epoxy is recommended for bonding components. Ensure test-fitting before final glue application.
