3D model description

A large diorama playset scaled for 3 3/4" action figures, much like areas of Cloud City in 1980's "Star Wars Episode V The Empire Strikes Back." Size is appx. 915xx958x427mm.

Contains action feature elements: a lead-screw based lift mechanism in the freezing chamber, ramp that can be positioned up or down, a "break away" window feature using magnets, and it is designed for you to easily add lighting to the freezing chamber and scrap boiler. The freeze chamber lift pad featured foot pegs for both vintage and modern age action figures, as well as a clasp for the 2013 Carbonite block.

Includes a PDF assembly guide and graphics you can print, cut, and adhere to playset.

This 3D printed playset is a big project! It involves printing many pieces and spending effort assembling it. While it may end up looking like a toy, the playset may contain sharp corners/edges/points. Use with care. Also remember that this is a 3D printed model of a playset, not an actual toy. It is not engineered with the strength and safety requirements real toys are made with.

It’s strongly suggested that you attempt each section as a “dry fit” to understand how all parts work together before adhering.

Materials you'll need:
• Your favorite adhesive
• Small bolts with matching nuts
• If printing FDM, it’s suggsted to have a choice of colors like white, gray, and gunmetal gray available to minimize painting. PLA+ instead of regular PLA.
• (Optional) LED lighting materials
• (Optional) aluminum foil or paint that will block light.
• (Optional) Vibrant orange cellophane
• (Optional) Some type of light filtering semi-transparent material, like tracing paper, or translucent plastic material.
• Clear sheet such as acetate or clear firm product packaging, for Control Room window.
• Bits of unused 1.75mm plastic filament
