Mini Divider Wall Diamond Art Tray

This is only designed to print multicolor for multicolor printers This tray can be printed as a single color though on any printer.

This tray has a 8mm internal tray depth.

This tray boasts a multifunctional design, incorporating 3mm spaced lines that support standard diamond art drills of 2.5mm and 2.8mm.

This Diamond art tray was designed with a space just past the lined area with a groove on each side of the tray for a divider wall to slide into. This allows a contained area for excess diamond art drills.

The divider wall is only 1mm thick which will give it some flexibility when installing and removing the wall. I designed it thin on purpose to not take away more of the lined drill area than necessary.
*On a new print the wall will need to be put in and taken out a few times to go in and out smoothly as it is ment to be a snug fit, but print seams tighten it up more at times with different filaments. I find silks the worst for this.*
This design download includes both the 3mf file for those wanting the tray pre colored and the individual stls for each item.

(3mf) If asked by your slicer If you want to load this as one file with multiple parts or as individual parts, you will want to select load as one object with multiple parts. In the 3mf file the tray itself consist of two parts to easily change the backing color under the lines. One part is the tray and lines. the 2nd part is a .4mm backing area under the lines. I do my trays like this because i find the color change prints much faster and cleaner looking then if the colors were painted on.

Test print was done using a Bambuu P1S printer with Purple Galaxy And lighter purple Generic PLA.
