3D printer file info

3D model description

The figure is designed to combine hard plastic parts with flexible plastic parts to create an easy to print and assemble, poseable action figure. The current scale of the parts at 100% would create a 2.75 inch figure ( approximately the size of MASK figures ). To create a 3.75 inch scale figure, the parts would need to be scaled to 141%. Please see figure scale guide sheet for other popular scale factors. This generic figure can serve as a guide to print all Picture Box custom action figures.

(Note: you will need to print 4 of the barbell joint parts)

3D printing settings

The figure is designed to be printed on FDM printers using both PLA and TPU filament. Printing at recommended orientations will ensure strong parts with minimal sanding/cleanup. Super glue and needle nose pliers are required for assembly. Resin printing the parts would require experimenting with flexible and rigid resins and is out of my area of expertise. Consult the generic figure part material guide image, and use PLA to print the parts in blue, and TPU to print the parts in red.

No sharing of files. Prints may be sold by the purchaser of these stl files.
