3D model description

Made mounts for both Multiboard and Opengrid to Darren's D3P Riser for the Qidi Q2. This upload includes Darren's own implementation for Multiboard.

Edit: Some users are reporting issues with Daren's implementation. I recommend using my variant till we get a chance to make fixes.

My implementation does not include instructions, Darren's does.

My mounts fit with the standard snaps for each system. There are 2 snaps on each hook, for a stronger hold. Still, please be careful about weight.

The Multiboard Mount fits a 2x9 or larger grid, the OpenGrid Mount fits a 2x8 or larger grid. If the spacing seems off, you may have accidentally swapped the mount positions.

The orientations in the .3mf files are ideal for strength, and relatively easy removal of the supports.

The Multiboard adapter may need some force to snap in.

3D PRINT SETTINGS

I use the following settings and materials to print this model:

Infill % : 15%
Nozzle diameter: 0.4 mm
Layer height: 0.2 mm standard
Infill Pattern: Gyroid
Supports: Automatic Tree
Part Orientation: Angled, for better strength
