Short fat beaker bong design pack - four variants across three heights

SHORT FAT COLLECTION — 143mm fat base with 85mm short beaker taper.

This bong offers a noticeable amount of cooling and pressure from the water at a fairly small profile. Research team found the 18.8mm base to be more enjoyable with this design because of the increased bowl pressure and cooling. The carb hole on the designs that have it, is placed low on the neck to avoid water leakage from the short format beaker.

In addition to the included downstems, the bong is designed to fit standard 18.8mm glass counterparts.

All parts fit together as printed without post-processing. Tolerances are tuned so the included downstem fits glass bases and the bong fits glass downstems. The included downstem isn't optimal for glass bongs. For those designs visit hashishigh.com

The wide 143mm base provides excellent stability and increased water capacity. Short 85mm beaker taper puts carb holes on the neck section for comfortable finger placement.

Materials
PETG (Recommended): Best ease and strength balance. Reliable water resistance. Can be food-safe. Heat resistant. Tested extensively.

ABS (Advanced Users): Requires enclosed heated chamber or careful tuning. Requires extensive wash after printing, possibly multiple rounds to rid all residual. Amazing finish on the bongs themselves. Super durable and even more heat resistant than PETG. Overkill properties for the bong part itself, but the finish is too good to ignore its value there. Might be the best option for downstems.

PLA (Will Work): Not best suited for the downstem design for strength reasons. Not best suited for the bong either for reliable water-tightness, machine washability and long term durability. Nonetheless will probably still operate fine for most users.

Assembly
Print your chosen height and style

Print compatible downstem (14.4mm or 18.8mm | 90mm, 100mm, or 110mm | diffuser or plain)

Test-fit downstem into 18.8mm joint

Fill with water to test level

Check for leaks at base

Clean thoroughly before first use (wash twice if you used ABS)

Glass Compatibility: Printed downstems fit glass bases. Glass downstems fit printed bodies. Standard 18.8mm ground glass taper. These downstems DO NOT fit glass bongs because of the tolerances involved. Get these designs at hashishigh.com

About The Carb Hole
This model places the carb hole on the neck to avoid water leakage from the beaker. Every design comes with and without the carb hole. No carb models are fully sealed for those who prefer slide-style clearing.

Tested on Bambu Labs H2S with PETG and ABS. These settings work reliably. I will only provide PETG recommendations since that's the one tested through quality assurance for leaks, porousness and user safety considering possible heat the piece might experience during its lifetime.

Basic Settings
Material: PETG (recommended, heavily tested)

Layer height: 0.24mm

Nozzle: 0.4mm (0.42mm line width)

Infill: 15% (can go as low as 5%)

Walls: 2 loops minimum, 3 recommended for beaker section (use modifiers)

Critical Setting — Solid Base
First 25 layers (for 0.24mm line height) should be 100% infill. Or just go up to the beaker taper starting point + a few millimeters over it. This ensures watertight seal for years, prevents leaks at high-pressure beaker base, and ensures print stability, making it safer to do less infill and thinner walls after the water area if optimization is needed.

How to Add Base Modifier in Bambu Studio
Right-click object → Add Modifier → Cylinder

Size: slightly larger than base diameter

Height: 25-30 layers (~6-7mm)

Align to bottom

Set modifier infill to 100%

Position to cover beaker angle transition

Supports
Not required. If the slicer is hyper-vigilant, it wants to support the carb hole and some arbitrary ribs along the neck. These can be ignored, the print is super safe as it is.

Note on Nozzle Sizes
Changing nozzle size will probably affect joint tolerances (tuned for 0.42mm line width). If you want to contact me about mismatched tolerances on different nozzle sizes, I can provide tuned STLs. I'm currently too limited in my capacity to tune this for varying nozzle sizes but am absolutely willing to work with you to get that feature out for both of us.
