Hi as of the morning of sunday the 18th of august. My account has been hacked and multiple back to back fraudulent purchases were made from my account. I have changed my passwords and a new card is being sent to me. Payment is currently pending (my bank says I can not place a fraud claim until the process is complete), if possible please cancel the purchase orders and if the payment has gone through, would it be possible to redeem the payment. If there is any advice you can offer to resolve the situation or anything you need from me, it would be much appreciated if you shared.

Hi, I am sorry to hear about this. The best next steps are to open a ticket with Cults Support and contact your bank after the payments clear. Unfortunately I cannot manage fraud or account compromises directly. Thank you.

https://cults3d.com/:2170920 there is a fault in koopa top shell (black) when slicing skips 3 layers throughout the print causing failure. i use ultimaker cura
