regarding my order from you the file was STL and I bought it because of it is STL and when I contacted you on Instagram you refused to refund me because I got the file you said. I told you that I don't have the printer to print your file as STL and you told me that it is SLA. I cant use the file. its no good for me. (I sent you pictures that your file doesn't work for me and you told me it is your fault and you told me to scale up the model for it to work and I tried that also and it did not work)
