3D printer file info

3D model description

I printed rails for a dash 8 that I had and I think it turned out ok, so I decided to make rails for the other engines that I have with broken or missing rails I will post them as I get them done so check back often Maybe there will be some you can use. This set is for Minitrix U28-C. Keep in mind that the after pictures are only temporarily glued so I can show how they look, the contrast in color makes it easy for you to see the new rails. I will paint them and permanently glue them and get this engine back in service They do not match originals but look much better then broken or missing rails. I put before and after pictures to compare.
NOTE:
All of my N Scale prints are designed from issues that I have run into while working on and repairing trains, or ideas that I wanted to try to add detail to my layout. They are not exact duplicates of original parts and may not be to perfect scale. I am not a rivet counter I just want to make my trains look and run as well as possible and want to share my solutions with others. Thanks for the interest and enjoy!

3d print English stl. Printed with I.P.A I use ender 3v3 KE printer and Creality software with software selected parameters to slice and print unless otherwise noted.
