3D model description

This is a 14th scale topsoil screener/trommel. It has 2 classifications. 3mm for fine dirt and 5mm for tiny gravel. The 3rd output is bigger aggregate and can be screened further for 6mm and up. The 2 side conveyors 80mm wide and 370mm long and the tailings conveyor is 80mm wide at 180mm long. Conveyors can be manually adjusted in height and manually folded up for transport. The idea was to use this with multiple output conveyors for a decent size sorting plant. I will soon have a Power Screener (shaker style) available as well as a radial conveyor that will add to the sieving/screening plant. Instruction and Parts list is included in the files. This model has been thoroughly tested and runs very well. There are over 200 parts to print and install as I have tried to keep it as scale as possible. This can be printed on a 200x200 or bigger print bed.

UPDATE 11/18/2023
1 - I have modeled belts that can be printed with TPU on a print bed of 200x200 and added to the files.

2- Added a new part that will allow you to use a linear actuator and a Bluetooth 1/10 rc crawler winch controller to dump the bigger rocks off of grizzly bars. 30mm Stroke Actuator, 1 M4 x 20mm and 1 M4 x 15mm needed to install. You do not need to reprint the grizzly bars if you do not want to but you will need to install the actuator onto new part and line it up to grizzly bar then drill a 3mm hole for a M4 x 15mm bolt.

Added files for one piece outside rails and rear rails. This will make them much sturdier and it doesnt add anymore hardware.
