3D model description

This is the first self-produced, easy-to-assemble V-Mount battery. Built with a budget under $15, it offers a compact and versatile 12V power solution β€” fully adjustable from 5V to 16V depending on your needs.

The STL is designed to house a 4S lithium battery pack, offering around 50W of output power when using 18650 cells rated above 3000mAh (with a minimum continuous discharge current of ~3.5A). Perfect for small servo motors or any other 5–16V gear.

By default, it powers and charges through 2-pin connectors, but the case can easily be modified to support D-Tap, DC barrel, or other custom ports.

3D printing settings

My walls are too thin and the PLA I used is too transparent. I recommend using at least 5 wall layers to prevent the internal lights from showing through.
