Auto rewind upside-down spool holders for IKEA LACK

UPDATE:

All parts printed, tested, works as expected, also on new 1kg spools
to make the spring fit better on the axle, just give the spring a negaive value for xy expansion about -0.025

These spool holders are designed so 5 of them fit inside the IKEA Lack housing for the Prusa I3 with MMU2S. Mounted upside down under the top

These fit perfectly when using 2 LACK's stacked, maybe they also fit in the single LACK housing V2 which was extended for use with the MMU2S.

The needed bearings are exactly the ones Prusa supplied with the MMU2S

Please note you need to print 2 rewinders as they are only halves

This is an updated, but yet unprinted design of my first (unpublished) design.
The first design worked absolutely fine on 500/750g spools but struggled to rewind on brand new 1000g spools so there were some parts to re-design.

Minimum dia of spools:51mm
Maximum width of spools 72mm

if you find the spring too strong - just reduce the height !

Parts to print for 5 spools:

6x bracket
5x axle
10x rewinder
5x spring

updates:

rewinder_V2 with larger bore (in case you want to glue the axle to the bearing)
axle:V2 with recess (so it cannot move to the sides)
