You can test print 4 free models (each in 04 and 06 too) here:
https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/home/magic-bookmarks-free

Files are in two zips
0.4mm high, pattern only on one side
0.6mm high, pattern on both sides

All printed models with file names are on photos A to F
Warning: models view in slicer will look different, use proper slice options (below) and see layer view then - you will get what you see on photos

Models made in Blender 3D
Printed on Voron 0.1 with 0.4mm nozzle with Silk Gold PLA from Devil Design
Blue ones were printed with dual-color filament (3DJAKE MagicPLA Metallic Emerald)
I'm recomending to use a simiar filaments for this models for a nice reflections on prints

3D printing settings

Use a CONCENTRIC infill for first layer with 0.2mm height
Then change to 0.1mm layer height for next two layers with lines or zig-zag pattern
And then (if you print 06 models) 0.2mm layer height again with concentric infill again - In Cura you can easly use a 'Top skin pattern' for the last layer for this
Print on glass or simmilar flat surfaces (you can flip the model to have a pattern on top if you use some textured bed plate or your printer makes nice top layers and you want to have a nicer back - you can use ironing then too)

This way the bookmarks should be strongest and look best
You can print whole model with concentric infill too but it will be weaker

You will need a good bed adhesion, especially with some of the models
Flip models if you will have problems

You can use little highier flow for external walls on first layer. You will get rid of possible small gaps

One model on photos was printed flipped for a test (and I tested some 06 versions too)
It look a little worse on pattern side but I wonder if you see wich one it is :)
