3D printing settings

Print Settings

  • Printer type: FDM
  • Layer height: 0.20 mm recommended (0.16 mm for maximum detail)
  • Nozzle: 0.4 mm
  • Supports: automatic three
  • Infill: 15–20%
  • Walls: 3–4 perimeters
  • Material: PLA recommended (PETG also compatible)
  • Print orientation: All parts are pre-oriented for optimal printing.

Assembly

Parts Required

Use a small amount of super glue or CA glue to secure the magnets if necessary.

Important: Before gluing the magnets, always check their polarity to ensure the lid closes correctly.

Color Printing

The model is designed for simple manual filament changes, so an AMS or other automatic multicolor system is not required.

Both .3MF files (with color information) are included.

Notes

  • Fits a ** double-sleeved deck**.
  • Includes a slide card case holder to display your Commander on the front of the deckbox.
  • Compatible with most FDM 3D printers.
