Revoltech Joints for Kaiyodo Figures

IMPORTANT: Avoid using standard resin, its brittle after cured and the printed joints may not work as intended. Works best using flexible resin or a partial mix of tough and flexible resin.

Using calipers and Fusion 360, i designed the famous Revolver Joints from Kaiyodo. This was a initiative to restore my collection which spanned from 2006.

This files encompass all joints i have, from standard (single and double) to mini (single and double).
To print a double joint you print: Male, Female and Double/Twin_base.
To print a single joint you print: Male and Female named files.

Included also STEP files for your convenience.

UPDATE: 08/24/2023: Developed a MKII version that uses a flat head M2.5 x 6mm screw.

EDIT : 08/03/2023: A working caliper has arrived, so I managed to repeat all measurements, and after some printing tests, i managed to have dialed in the measurements, compensating the imprecision from the printing process. Now it can even mix with original kaiyodo parts.
