Firefly: The Game (Special Edition) - Board Game Insert / Storage Solution

Total storage solution / insert / organizer for Firefly: The Game.

It's made for the Special Edition from 2019 (square box), but the normal square fits also probably. So it can store the following:

• Base game
• The Artful Dodger Expansion (Use the player board spacer if you don't have the expansion).
• Big Damn Heroes promo cards + Wash’s Lucky Dinosaur and Mal’s Pretty Floral Bonnet cards.

Box dimension: +- 257 mm x 257 mm x 62 mm.

Almost all parts are made to be taken out and used during play.
Please see the pictures in order for how to store everything, and make sure you use the correct stacking order for the card trays.

• There are 2 variants for the card trays. With or without locking teeth at the top. The flat versions are ment to be used on top of the insert, since they don't need to ' grab' other trays above them.
• The backrests for the contact trays can be just pushed in into the slots. It's possible you'll need to remove a bit of overhang material from the top of the hole first if it doesn't fit. It's supposed to be snug!

• 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layer height.
• No supports needed.

Some parts can also be printed with 0.6 mm nozzle @ 0.4 mm layer height.

For the sloped / rounded parts I sometimes use a smaller layer height like 0.12 mm or 0.08 mm to make it more smooth. Optionally use variable layer height to print somewhat faster.
