Who doesn't know them, the floppy disk box from the 80s and 90s.

What was good for floppy disks also works with SD cards.

40 SD Cards

You can store and even sort all your SD cards in the compact SD Card "Floppy Disk" Box. It holds up to 40 SD cards!

Security

It can be easily and securely closed with a twist knob. So you can also transport the SD card box. The cards always remain firmly in place and can not slip.

Order with system

Sort your SD cards with the tabs that can be easily inserted at any position.

Print the tabs in different colors, or label the tabs with a small label to get even more order.

You can use up to 18 tabs, still leaving room for 40 SD cards.

With the SD Card Box, you have all your SD cards in the same place. If you have more than 40 cards, just print out another box. :)

Precision

All parts are coordinated, so they are easy to print and plug together.

Individuality

Choose different colors for lid, container, button, pin and tabs and design your own SD card box.

simple assembly

The pins for the hinges are held in place with a piece of filament in the same color. Likewise, the two pieces for the knob are held together.

No screws or glue are needed.

You'll be thrilled with the result because not only is the box practical and looks good, but you can design it the way you like it best.

The SD card box is easy to print.

Material: we printed it with PLA, but it goes with almost any other material as well

Support: only for the container (it's best to select support only from the printing plate )

Speed: 30mm/s for the small parts, 50mm/s for lid and container

Filling: 50-100%

Layer height: 0.2mm

It's best to print the tabs face down, you'll get a nicer surface.
