Automation with 3D printing! Important information that you are not just buying a 3D model, it is a complex technical solution! You can automate CNC machines with the help of 3D printing. It can be a great project for you or your company! Stand out with a unique and spectacular solution! Not everything is robotics, electronics, pneumatics ... it's almost just mechanics.
Models reveal information!
If you are interested read on carefully!
The download also includes a technical guide that explains the basics of the solution.
If you want to use it in an industrial environment, it is advisable to use commercially available products as well. The mechanical gripping preform is specific. The gripper is determined by the dimensions and geometry of the workpiece / workpiece, and can even change the operating principle. The fixing principle can be applied in several cases.
This solution is recommended for small and medium series as well as "small" workpieces. The gripper included in the package is designed for a preform of approximately 38x37x(36). (height adjustable)
The adapter of the fastening device must be aligned for the vise. (designed for the existing HEMO centering vise,
it was necessary to make 3 fixing holes)
(STEP format!)
Integrate it into your "GANTRY" type hobby cnc machine! You can use the principles for further planning. It is advisable to operate the clamping device with its torque adapter!
The parts with high mechanical stress are made of Carbon Fiber filament(20-30%), the stronger the material, the better. (Nylon, CF ... etc.)
Conditions:
-CNC machining center / milling machine
-Spindle orientation programmability
-ATC (automatic tool changer)
Tips for HEIDENHAIN programming:
-CYCL DEF 9.0 WAIT TIME
CYCL DEF 9.1 WAITING 1.5
- CYCL DEF 13.0 SPINDLE POSITIONING
CYCL DEF 13.1 ANGLE 334
.... M20
-M3-M4-M5
It is advisable to use advanced cutting techniques!
There are two ways to inspect workpieces:
1.After machining some pieces, the machine stops for inspection (M0), then after we correction the production continues
- Check the workpiece with a measuring probe with the program, correct the deviations by programming
I can't guarantee your own work! The solution is given, if you are an engineer, designer, specialist, then you can apply!
(Otherwise I will undertake extra planning, for extra money)
Thank you for your understanding!
Good luck for your project! :)
Comment:
Make demanding prints and post-production for good results. For example, use a screw tap for threaded parts, do not print parts with a resolution higher than 0.2, so take care of the mechanical properties. Not a project recommended for beginners, and it's good to have CNC programming/setting knowledge!
