SCL-02 Volture - Studio Series 86 Laserbeak Remake - Transformers

This is a complete remake of Transformers Studio Series 86 Laserbeak (& Buzzsaw), for Studio Series 86 Soundwave, and is fully transformable!

Cassette mode fits inside of SS86 Soundwave's chest nicely. According to my research, he should work nicely with the Legacy version as well, since that version can hold the SS86 Rumble design.

(Volture) Laserbeak's feet have notches that allow to tab on the side of SS86 Soundwave's forearm. Although, there are no open tabs for Legacy G1 Soundwave, just for SS86. There is also an included 5mm port adapter, that attaches to the bottom of his feet. This is a modified version of my free one (available separately on my Cults) for the original SS86 Laserbeak.

I copied the transformation of 3rd Party Legends Scale Newage Scaramanga (Soundwave)'s Laserbeak, for this design. Transforms the same as that figure. No parts-forming is required for transforming, the silver jet-pack is integrated with the figure, which was one of my goals for this design.

Additional Requirements:

• 10 x 1.25mm pins. (I used 1.25mm panel pins that you may be able to get from your local hardware store)

Although you could use less, since some of the lengths are short for the design, trimming down is needed.

• I used 0.15 layer height.

• I printed everything in PETG. PLA could be used, but extra post-processing may be needed since it isn't as ductile as PETG, ASA or ABS.

• Printed on an Ender 3 V3 KE using a 0.4mm nozzle.

• All STL files are already pre-positioned in their Recommended print orientation for FDM printing.
