To assemble your life-size 773mm BJD, you will need: elastic cords, metal hooks, and wire for reinforcement. Follow these steps:

Prepare the Elastic Cords: Use thick, durable elastic (around 4-5mm) to ensure strong joint tension. Cut two long pieces for the legs and one for the arms.

Install Hooks & Wires:

Insert metal hooks into the hands and feet to hold the elastic in place.
Use thin wire or fishing line to help guide the elastic through the limbs.
Stringing the Arms:

Thread the elastic through one arm, across the torso, and out the other arm.
Adjust the tension to allow smooth movement without being too loose.
Stringing the Legs:

Pass the elastic through one leg, up through the hip joint, and down the other leg.
Secure the ends with hooks inside the feet.
Assembling the Head:

Attach a metal S-hook inside the head.
The elastic from the legs should be pulled up and looped onto this hook to keep the head securely in place.
Adjust and Test:

Ensure all joints move freely but remain stable.
Adjust elastic tension if needed to avoid excessive tightness or looseness.
