JCAD Grille for H10 Optic - All Style Options Bundle

This is a bundle of various grille options that fit the Vanquish Products H10 Optic.

There are 5 styles included in this bundle:
Narrowed Toy
Narrowed Jay Elle
Cut Jay Elle
Ecks Jay
Dub Jay

Each one is styled to look like a different popular 1:1 offroad vehicle. There may be more styles added to this bundle in the future.

Each style comes in 2 pieces; a Grille Shell and an Inner Grille.

The mesh grille is a separate piece and will need to be glued in place. I recommend any typical cyanoacrylate or super glue, just a dot or two near the top should be plenty.

The digital files include the .STL to use with any 3D printer slicer, but it also includes a pre-supported file with easy to remove supports. I recommend printing the supports with 1 wall and 5-10% cubic infill, 4 top and bottom layers.

The pre-supported file is intended to be printed at 0.16 mm layer height. If you print at 0.20 mm or thicker, it may be harder to remove the supports, and you will see layer lines easier on the curved surfaces. The grille is intended to be printed at 0.12 mm if you are using a 0.4 mm nozzle, or 0.08 mm if you use a 0.2 mm nozzle.

There are also a few .3MF files for Bambu Printers that have all the support settings ready to go.

Grille Shell:
0.4 mm Nozzle, PETG, PETG-CF, etc.: 0.16 mm layer height, 15% gyroid infill, 3 walls, default settings otherwise.
Easy Supports: 1 wall, 4 top and bottom layers, 5-10% cubic infill.

Inner Grille:
0.4 mm Nozzle, PLA, PETG, etc: 0.12 mm layer height, 4 walls, 15% gyroid infill
0.2 mm Nozzle, PLA, PETG, etc: 0.08 mm layer height, 6 walls, 15% gyroid infill
