I designed this bracket for a friend who wanted to safely transport his Ebike in the car (with the front wheel removed). This allows the fork to be easily fixed with the original thru axle / quick release.

You simply print 2 pieces of these holders and thus you can easily vary the width!
So it doesn't matter whether the bike is standard with or without boost.

For the assembly of this bicycle fork holder on a wooden board we used SPAX screws (with countersunk head screws definitely use washers!), With the other variant we mounted it on aluminum profiles (aluminum profile 40x60 or 40x80 from a local hardware store).

The arrangement of the holes on the base plate is 40 x 20 mm.
The through holes are 6.4 mm in diameter

Ich habe diese Halterung für einen Freund konstruiert, der sein Ebike im Auto stehend (mit ausgebautem Vorderrad) sicher transportieren wollte. Damit kann die Gabel ganz einfach mit der Original Steckachse / Schnellspanner fixiert werden.

Du druckst dir einfach 2 Stück dieser Halter und somit kannst du die Breite ganz einfach variieren!
Somit ist egal ob das Rad mit oder ohne Boost Standard ist.

Für die Montage dieser Fahrradgabelhalterung auf einem Holzbrett haben wir SPAX-Schrauben (bei Senkkopfschrauben auf jeden Fall Unterlegscheiben verwenden!) verwendet, bei der anderen Variante haben wir es auf Aluprofilen (Aluminiumprofil 40x60 oder 40x80 aus einem lokalen Baumarkt) montiert.

Die Anordnung der Bohrungen auf der Bodenplatte ist 40 x 20 mm.
Die Durchgangsbohrungen haben 6,4 mm Durchmesser

It's best to print this file with ASA, ABS, or a carbon-reinforced filament.
Please note that the filament must be unbreakable and heat-resistant and UV-resistant for a mounting in the car.
I used ASA from a quality manufacturer and my print settings were 7-10 perimeters and 7-10 layers top and bottom with at least 25% infill

Please print the holder on the side - the 15mm hole must be perpendicular to the bed in order to be printed exactly straight.

Am besten druckst du diese Datei mit ASA, ABS oder einem carbonverstärkten Filament.
Bitte beachte dass das Filament bruchsicher und für eine Montage im Auto hitzbeständig und UV-beständig sein muss.
Ich habe ASA von einem Qualitätshersteller verwendet und meine Druckeinstellungen waren 7-10 Perimeter und 7-10 Layer Top und Bottom mit mind. 25% Infill

Den Halter bitte seitlich liegend drucken - die 15mm Bohrung muss senkrecht auf dem Bed liegen um exakt gerade gedruckt zu werden.
