Great design!
The option to have the weapon with just the handle offers a lot of possibilities!
I made a freeblade Imperial knight that I wanted to carry a Berserk-style sword and it fits right in.
The small version is 207% bigger than the original. I printed it at 15% infill and the 45% auto-generated support.
The bigger one is at 271% which is a length of 16cm. I had a problem with the 15% infill and you will need to adjust to a higher infill to prevent the handle from being too soft.
