The complete A320 overhead, all 12 sections, as backlit light plates for

HOW THE BACKLIGHTING WORKS
Legends are recessed 0.6 mm into a 2.0 mm faceplate instead of cut
clean through, which keeps the enclosed centres of O, A, R and B attached -
cut through, they fall out of the print.
Print the base in white, then swap filament to your panel colour for the top
0.6 mm. The legends glow when lit from behind. Each enclosure has an
internal LED shelf 12 mm below the diffuser so light spreads evenly
instead of hot-spotting.
Schematic mimic lines - the AC bus bar on ELEC, the bleed duct on AIR COND -
are cut to the same depth and light up with the legends.
PRINT SETTINGS
0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layers, no supports on any part
Filament change at Z = 1.4 mm on the faceplates
Faceplate and diffuser flat; enclosures open side up
MOUNTING
Each module bolts through its four rear corner bosses into a flat backplate.
A 1:1 drilling template (SVG) is included per section - print at 100%, tape to
plywood or MDF, drill. Enclosures also carry T-tracks in the rear floor so you
can clamp to a frame anywhere along their length.
INCLUDED
STL - ready to slice
OBJ - individual parts plus assembled files with named groups
STEP - editable solid geometry
Renders, 1:1 backplate templates, and a description per section
HARDWARE REQUIRED (NOT INCLUDED)
15 x 6 mm threaded mini toggle switches (6.5 mm holes, keyed)
67 x square pushbuttons (19.5 mm aperture)
