Resin: Standard grey or similar opaque resin recommended

(Reference printer: MSLA class – results may vary depending on printer, resin,
and calibration)

► Important Printing Notes

• SLA printing is not plug-and-play.
• Dimensional accuracy depends heavily on:
– Printer calibration
– Resin shrinkage
– Exposure tuning
• Transparent / clear resins require significantly lower exposure times.
Using standard exposure settings with clear resin may cause:
– Closed pin holes
– Oversized snap features
– Loss of functional tolerances

Unsupported files are recommended for advanced users who want full control over
orientation and supports.

POST-PROCESSING & HANDLING:

• Remove supports carefully using flush cutters or a sharp hobby knife
• Gently heat supports if required (warm water or hairdryer – low heat)
• Clean parts thoroughly and post-cure properly
• Light sanding or minor cleanup may be required
• Prime with standard modeling primers before painting
