For the best representation of Dharmion Kaelis's Order and Form aesthetic, we provide dual recommendations for both Resin (SLA/DLP) and FDM (Filament) printing, with Resin being the preferred method for capturing the intricate geometric details.Resin (SLA/DLP) Recommendations
To achieve the intended high-detail crystalline look, a Resin machine is highly recommended. You should aim for a high resolution between 0.02mm and 0.05mm layer height. Standard Grey or Clear Resin is suggested for the material, as it provides a solid base for priming and painting. Supports are Mandatory for this model, especially around the sharp edges, the geometric shoulder plates, and the photonic brow line. Configure your supports at a medium density with an angle between 45–60 degrees. After printing, standard post-processing (Washing and UV Curing) is essential.FDM (Filament) Recommendations
If you are using an FDM printer, a durable and easily paintable material like PLA or PETG is recommended. The layer resolution should be set to 0.1mm to 0.12mm to maintain geometric fidelity, using a standard 0.4mm nozzle. Infill can be set low, between 10%–15% (Cubic or Gyroid), as the model's structural integrity is handled by the shell. Print speed should be moderated to 40-60 mm/s, ensuring a slower speed for the head and intricate areas. Supports are mandatory; Tree or Organic supports are suggested as they are generally easier to remove from detailed surfaces.
The model is scaled to a default 1:12 or 1:10 Figurine scale; please check the dimensions before starting your print to ensure it fits your display requirements.🔩 Assembly & Finishing Instructions
The design of Dharmion Kaelis is based on the IP's core principle of Fixed Macro Asymmetry (SMA) within an ordered form, requiring careful finishing to bring the design to life.
Support Removal: Use flush cutters to carefully remove all supports. Pay extra attention to the complex geometric features such as the shoulder plates and the intricate facial lines, ensuring no breakages occur.
Smoothing: Thoroughly sand and file any remaining support contact points. For FDM prints, use a fine grit sandpaper (400+) and apply a filler primer to smooth out layer lines. This step is crucial to achieve the desired hard-surface, crystalline aesthetic.
Base Attachment: The figurine and its matte green circular support base are designed to be printed separately. After cleaning/curing both parts, use a strong model adhesive (CA glue) to securely attach Dharmion to the base.
Optimal Finish: To match the canonical Emyon aesthetic, prime the entire model. Use a palette of Gold, White, and Sapphire for the figure, and paint the support base a distinct matte green. This creates the visual contrast intended by the "Dual Eyes" IP.

⚠️ Safety Standards & Use
This 3D printed object is designed for decorative use, display, and non-critical applications only.
Non-Food Contact: This model is NOT tested or certified for food contact and should never be used with food or beverages.
Child Hazards: Due to the sharp, geometric points and potential for small, detached parts, this model is NOT suitable for children under the age of 14 and should be kept out of their reach as it presents a choking and injury hazard.
Material Safety: When working with Resin, always follow the manufacturer's safety data sheets (SDS) regarding skin contact, ventilation, and curing processes. Ensure proper post-curing to eliminate any uncured resin.
