First, I would like to say that I’m happy you’ve made the model/files. I’m looking forward to printing it and putting it together. Also, I’m excited about the new flat wagon you’ve uploaded.
For the frame, I would delete the "pipes" and add holes in the pipe-support to make it easier to print and clean up. These can easily be replaced by a plastic or copper rod. See this picture: https://ibb.co/LpqXnBH
If the brake supports could be made separately, that would also help.
Splitting the frame in two, as you’ve done on the new model, is a good idea. It can be printed more flatly on smaller printers.
Have you considered offering the full brake system from the SSYM wagon as a separate item? Most plastic injection kits tend to leave this part out. If you need any measurements, I have models from nearly all the major brands.

Glad you like my work , and thanks to you to play the "Beta tester" ;-)
As you wish, i add a optional version of the chassis, with no pipes nor brake support, that you can find in separate files.
Concerning the brake system for Dragon's series of railcars, i plan to produce those for the consola and the armoured flat, that i owned. But i have no platform, so its kind of you to give me mesurements.
Howether, looking at the instructions, the embossed positioning markers under the floor will bother, and the boggies have to be completely replaced too. But seem possible.

Thank you for changing the files so quickly.
I found a small but important change you should consider. The center part of the tank is 1% smaller compared to the end section. If you increase the dimensions so they match the end section, the lid will fit perfectly. The midsection should be 65.60 mm.

You were right !
Central part of the tank was to small due to a error of mine : I reduce the all piece instead of adjusting only the interlocking. I work with a command line describer - OpenScad- and a parenthesis was on a wrong place.
I don't mind because it don't appear when i built the test shot. So thank to your acute eyesight !
Corrected version in line in a few minutes.
