is there a whole file, solid model not in pieces?

You did not mention which model!
Sometimes I post one-piece models and they would be titled "model - Onepiece'
I also post multimaterial models which can be printed in onepiece, titled "model - MMU"

Bonjour Steve,
Voilà des semaines que vous n'avez pas posté de nouveaux modèles.
Nous sommes tous en attente de nouveautés et pour ma part bien desoeuvré.
En espérant surtout que ce n'est pas un problème de santé.
Cordialement.

Thank you so much for reaching out and your very kind concerns.
Fortunately all is well here. I started Rocky and Bullwinkle and then put it on hold for a person request. I did that and then back to Rocky and was pulled aside for another personal request! And then the wife wanted out 'one-of-a -kind' 3D printed holiday card designed and printed!
I just got back to Rocky and bullwinkle and am now 80% done with it.
FYI-Printables,com has a 'community' section, and if you follow me there, I post my next model decision and some work i progress pictures and status. I post very little but it will give you a chance to see where I am on modeling.

Again, thank you for reaching out. You are not the first to ask if everything was OK! I doo not do many personal project but do accept them from time to time and offer my time for free.

Is there a file for the ghnomes?

I was wondering if you could make the flintstone cave home to go with the flintstones If I knew how to design them I would.

Thank you for reaching out. I recall seeing a good one already. I use yeggi.com to search for models:

i dont have a printer could you print some things for me

Best way to go about it is to use a printing service. I've worked with starlabs.com from time to time since they are familiar with my models. It depends where you live, since shipping can be a big part of the process.
Let me know if you need more information.

Hey man. I recently downloaded the Pepe’ smelling the flower file. I’m having problems the part that’s supposed to be white. I’ve printed it 2 times now and the sides aren’t symmetrical to slide in the part that will be black. There’s a bit of a crook near the top of it. Do you have any suggestions on how to make this print properly? I’m using an Elegoo Mars 4 printer.

I'm just back from an 'off the grid' vacation and am trying to catchup.
Typically any fitting issues would be related to the first layer being 'fat'. Slicers have a parameter to compensate for the fast first layer.
The other possible issue is if the parts are warped due to poor bed adhesion. The bed side of the parts need to be completely flat and not bowed. Place them on a flat surface to test.

Let me know how you make out.

Hi steve

Grr.. I wrote a full response but was not logged in and lost my response!!!!!!!!
Anyway, yes it is the optional base. My writeup contains:
"base (optional for display purposes, bike stands nicely without it)"

If you have the time, post your make or send me pictures at reddadsteve@outlook.com

Hi Steve.....just to let you know , I have just seen a model of PINOCCHIO in maker world, and it looks very much like yours it's even got your assembly instructions.....the name of the guy is miguel7001 I would not like to think someone is calling your models as his.........

Thank you. I just reported the post.

People like you make the world a better place.
FYI-I got your message on Thingiverse as well.

Thank you for reaching out. Always good to hear from you and seeing your Avatar. Enjoy!

Could you do the Calif and Vizier Iznogoud from the Iznogoud series?

Iznogoud is a good suggestion and goes on the list, but I choose my subjects based on the number of requests.

MIRACULOUS FIGURES??

So many great characters to make! But I tend to make characters that are requested the most. These will go on the list and let's see where it goes.
Thank you for reaching out.
Teamwork, Steve

Will you be making the MIRACULOUS figures please .

Printing ariel-everborn and found that the sword pommel is missing from the parts list. Can you add the part and upload new file.

I just checked and it is in the parts list. I also went to edit the part to add it and found it is already there. Can you try downloading again?
FYI-I post all my models on Thingiverse, Printables, Cults3D, Makerworld and Makeronline.
Teamwork, Steve

Hi, I make models on Cults and just wanted to give you a heads up that someone on eBay is making a fortune of your Wile E Coyote model

The item number on Ebay is 177143040094

Hope you manage to tackle this and make them pay👍

Thank you for reaching out with that.
Unfortunately, with so many 'bad actors' out there, I've given up trying to chase them down. My health is more important. The type of person who is willing to steal and sell a model is generally not the type of person worth reaching out to. I've also found that trying to contact Ebay and Etsy on takedowns is also more aggravating than it's worth.

So, thank you but just enjoy the models and spread the word.

My god. I have been hoping you would do gazoo. One of my favorite. And you sure did it justice you are a master in my book !! Thank you!!

Thank you! Funny thing about Gazoo, there are many people who really dislike him due the fact that he did not fit into the Flinstones world properly.
FYI-On Printables, I post my next character choice and some work in progress. If you follow me there, under the community tab the post will show up.
Thank you for all your support of my work.

Hey dude. Love ur work, new to printing. I'm having trouble with finding and downloading garfeild. Downloads as a zip and my printer (h2d) dosent recognize it. Please help

Thank you for reaching out. Did you unzip the file? Once unzipped, just upload the individual STL files.
I also post on Makerworld, and even though there is probably no H2D print profile, you could use another print profile to get started and just change your machine type.

Hey again I love your work. but i have been having an Issue with printing the body of Kermit here. for some reason it will print fine but it will stop at 79% I have no idea why it has done this. At first i thought it might have been a power surge of some kind but when i attemped to pring the body out again it nstpped in the exact same place. I have been able to work around it but slicing the part where is split. but i was wondering if you had any ideas on this. Please let me know. Dennis

Hi Dennis,
Funny thing, that happened to me once on another model. In my case, even though to model sliced properly the printer kept stopping at the same layer height. I wound up simply rotating the model by 45 deg and after reslicing, it then printed fine. The only thing I was able to think of is that possibly a firmware bug or a bug in the slicer. By rotating the object, the slicer redid everything differently, even though it looked the same.

I've been printing on different machines for over 10 years and it only happened that one time for me. I did pint a tall cube at the same height just to prove to myself that it was not a hardware error.

Let me know how you make out.

Steve

I.love your work . I had a question about the eyes for Kermit. We're the white parts supposed to be recessed some how? If not how should I attach the black to the white parts. Thanks in advance
Dennis

Funny thing, I just printed Kermit for a friend!
Be sure that you are printing Kermit and not Kermit - MMU. The MMU one is for multi-material printers. The regular Kermit has holes for all the parts. Just be sure to look at the pictures when building him.
Teamwork, Steve

That's exactly what I did thanks. Can I use the MMU body for the regular Kermit or should I reprint ? Thanks for the help too

Sorry, but no. The mmu parts are made differently than the regular parts. For the split model, there are gaps so the pieces fit well. The parts are also already laid out for easy printing. The mmu parts are completely flush with each other so the print differently. Always be sure to read all my notes.
Sorry, but many people get confused with the difference. So, reprint and start over.
Teamwork, Steve

Bummer I was hoping but thanks I will have a partially finished Kermit on the shelf. Thanks for all your help and suggestions. I really loved the underdog I will upload the print tomorrow
