Hey my acro p2 is mounted on my lpvo and the rmr mount goes all the way below the acro p2. so the protector doesnt fit. This the name of the scope and acro p2 mounted for reference: EvolutionGear TANGO 6T DVO 1-6X24mm FFP LPVO Scope w Top/12 ACRO P2. So the protector does not clip properly

The main reason for current dimensions are limits of the picatiny rail dimensions. Besides there is not so much "meat" to enlarge. May i ask why do you want larger nut and bolt?

Yes, I printed this tested on the rail slight movement. This is with an m4-.07 bolt, believe an M5-.08 could fit perfectly on the rail with no issues.

I downloaded WinZip and it now shows me the three files but when I go to open them now it says open file failed. Try on another app.

You are downloading the ZIP file so you need application that could open it, as far as i know windows should be able to open it, once you unzip it you will see 3 STL files.

My airsoft replica is from E&C, and the dimensions of the "groove" for sliding it onto the magazine well do not fit properly.
The groove in the model is approximately 39.6 mm wide, but I would need it to be around 36.6 mm. Additionally, the radius is about 1.8 mm, but I would need it to be closer to 2.2 mm. Overall, the groove is too wide for my replica.

Hello, you should use the cover from original grip, it is more robust than any printed one, in addition it perform as heat sink so it should be metal.

I usually use any Li-Po 11V battery that fits the tube, don't have any specific brand.
